PlasticValue adopts a blended learning approach in which online training is complemented with face-to-face learning opportunities. Because PlasticValue training idealizes learning for SMEs and C(VET) stakeholders as a self-learning approach, the online training content could be supported by face-to-face activities and tasks offered by the stakeholders. Through a blended learning approach, learners can engage in learning processes in a more flexible way and find opportunities to apply plastic revaluation knowledge and skills in on-site applications. In other words, online learning tasks provided in the PlasticValue eLearning Platform can be moved to face-to-face settings. This process could also be accompanied by the PlasticValue skills assessment logbook, in which learners’ self-learning journey could be documented through different types of assignment tasks designed for learners’ self reflection and idea generation processes in either online learning processes or face-to-face onsite applications. The competence framework is flexible due to the sectors’ needs. Learners are provided with the content and instruction primarily online and can choose to move on to the task designed for individuals to apply in their own companies.
